As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Customer Care Assistant to join our Sunshine Coast warehouse team. This role plays an important part in ensuring orders are packed accurately, dispatched on time, and that our customers receive the warm, supportive service we are known for.

 About the Role

This is a hands-on, varied position combining warehouse operations with customer care support. You will assist with daily order packing and dispatch, stock organisation, and responding to customer enquiries.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable ontributing across multiple areas in a small, growing team.

 Hours & Availability

This is a casual position. 
Rostered hours on:
Monday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Additional hours may be offered from time to time depending
on workload.

During our peak periods in June, November, and December,
increased availability is required.

For approximately two weeks in each of these months, shifts increase up to 6 to
8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, to support higher order volumes.

Availability during all school holidays and these peak periods is essential and applicants must be able to commit to these increased hours.

 Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders within daily cut-off times
• Process orders, print shipping labels, and update fulfilment using Shopify
• Conduct quality checks on products prior to dispatch
• Receive, check, and store incoming stock deliveries
• Restock shelves and maintain organised packing and storage areas
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse environment

Customer Care

• Respond to customer enquiries via email in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with order tracking, delivery updates, and general enquiries
• Work closely with the warehouse team to resolve customer issues promptly

• Physically fit and able to lift multiple boxes up to 15kg throughout the day
• Able to work independently, use initiative, and think one step ahead
• Proactive in managing priorities and meeting courier pick-up times
• Positive, reliable, and team-focused with a strong work ethic
