Terms and Conditions for 2026 EOFY Sale

These terms govern the Petite Skin Co. 20% off sale (the Sale). By placing an order during the Sale period, you accept these terms. They apply in addition to our standard Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Where these terms conflict with the standard Terms of Service in relation to the Sale, these terms apply.

1. The promoter

The Sale is run by Petite Skin Co., Unit 2, 35 Enterprise Street, Kunda Park QLD 4556, Australia. Questions about the Sale can be sent to hello@petiteskinco.com.

2. Sale period

The Sale runs from 6:00am AEST on Tuesday 9 June 2026 to 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 16 June 2026.

All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time (Queensland time). To be eligible, an order must be placed and paid in full within this period. Orders that are started but not completed and paid before the closing time are not eligible.

3. What's included

During the Sale period, 20% off applies to our skincare, haircare, body care, accessories, bags and kits, across the range, unless listed as an exclusion in clause 4.

The discount is applied to product prices automatically. No discount code is required. Prices shown across the site during the Sale period already reflect the 20% reduction.

4. Exclusions

The 20% discount does not apply to:

• Gift cards
• Mailer boxes and Signature Boxes
• $2 gift wrapping (mailer bag and card)
• Free gift items
• Shipping charges

5. No codes and no combining offers

The 20% is applied automatically to product prices and cannot be combined with any other discount code, voucher, promotional code, welcome or first-order offer, or any other promotion.

No other discount codes or promotional offers will be valid or honoured during the Sale period. This includes codes issued before the Sale began. Any code entered at checkout during the Sale period may be rejected, and this does not entitle you to any additional discount.

6. Pricing and GST

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. International currency conversions shown on the site are indicative; the amount charged is determined at checkout.

7. Orders placed before the Sale

Sale prices apply only to orders placed within the Sale period. Orders placed before the Sale began are not eligible for the discount, and we are unable to cancel, reprocess or price-adjust earlier orders to apply the Sale price.

8. Free gift with purchase

Orders with a cart subtotal of $160 or more at Sale prices (after the 20% discount and excluding shipping, gift cards, boxes and gift wrapping) qualify for a free Sunsmart Set — a full-size SPF50 Face Sunscreen, a sunscreen brush, and a stand hook — valued at $66.

• One free gift per order.
• The gift appears in your cart automatically once your qualifying subtotal is reached. Refresh your cart if it does not appear.
• The gift must be in your cart before you check out. We cannot add a free gift to an order once it has been completed.
• The free gift is offered while stocks last. If the Sunsmart Set sells out, we may substitute a gift of equal or greater value, or withdraw the gift offer.
• The free gift has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• If you return part of an order and your remaining order value falls below $160, we may deduct the value of the free gift from your refund, or ask you to return the gift, unless the return is due to a failure to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Shipping

• Standard shipping: $10 flat rate
• Express shipping: $15
• Free standard shipping on Australian orders with a subtotal of $150 or more (at Sale prices, excluding shipping and excluded items)
• International shipping is calculated at checkout

10. Dispatch

Due to high order volume during the Sale, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery time. Delivery timeframes after dispatch depend on the carrier.

11. Stock and quantity limits

All offers are subject to availability. Some items may sell out during the Sale and may not be restocked within the Sale period. We may limit the quantity of any product sold per customer, per household or per order, and may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale.

12. Changes to your order

Please check your shipping address, email and order details carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, email hello@petiteskinco.com as soon as possible. Due to order volume during the Sale, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been placed.

13. Returns, refunds and the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of whether it was bought on sale.

Change-of-mind returns on Sale items are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Any refund on a discounted item is for the amount actually paid.

14. Errors and our right to amend

We may correct pricing or product errors, and may amend, pause or withdraw the Sale, at any time. Where an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected during the Sale is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
