We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if for ANY reason you are not happy with your Petite Skin Co. products.
All you have to do is email hello@petiteskinco.com within 30 days of receiving your products and we will do everything we can to resolve any issues.
We will then ask that you return the product via Registered post at your expense.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@petiteskinco.com.
