Dispense 2-3 pumps of cleanser and massage onto the face in circular motions, paying particular attention to congested areas and the T-zone for 30-60 seconds. Rise with warm water and pat dry with a clean face towel. Follow with 2 pumps of Face Moisturiser. Rinse buffer thoroughly and allow to dry out of the shower between uses. Can be used twice a day. As the final step in your skincare routine, squeeze a pearl size amount of sunscreen into your fingertips and warm through your fingertips before applying to face, ears and neck 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 4 hours. Can be used in place of your Face Moisturiser if desired. Apply body cream to dry elbows and knees. Use lip balm daily.
