We have the opportunity for a Casual Order Picker Packer - Customer Service to join our team covered by the Storage Services and Wholesale Award
Based in our warehouse and offices at Kunda Park this role presents a wonderful opportunity to join a small, friendly and busy team.
There are 3 packing shifts that require coverage presently, 9am - 12 noon Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
To be considered for this role, you must be available for these shifts, including across all school holidays is required.
This role may grow over time, in both hours and duties, for the right candidate.
You'll be picking and packing our online and wholesale customers orders as well as assisting across customer service and other ad hoc duties when required.

Tasks will include:
1. Picking and packing orders
2. Receiving and checking stock into warehouse
3. Breaking down packaging
4. Replenishing Stock
5. Unloading stock from pallets
6. Preparing wholesale orders for dispatch
7. General warehouse duties
8. Maintaining a clean warehouse
Our ideal team member will have:
1. Intermediate computer skills to print orders and reply to customer service enquiries
2. Exemplary customer service skills
3. Excellent written and verbal skills
4. Attention to detail and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
5. Ability to work autonomously and under pressure at times
6. Ability to prioritise urgent tasks
7. A can-do attitude and loads of initiative
8. Must be comfortable lifting up to 15kgs
Other skills you might bring:
1. Social media or basic graphic design experience
2. The ability to make behind the scenes content for our socials
3. A desire to work in the skincare industry, a love of skincare, knowledge or experience.
